Boogspace is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to use the platform to send spam, harass others, or engage in any activity that violates applicable law.

Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Boogspace is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

Email delivery

We make reasonable efforts to deliver Secret Santa pick emails, but cannot guarantee delivery due to spam filters and other factors outside our control.

Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Boogspace may be updated or temporarily unavailable for maintenance.

Limitation of liability

Boogspace is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
